"Reduced" isn't really a helpful concept, because you'd need to define what it's reduced from. I think of a sale fare as one which is available for purchase only during a limited period and is lower than the lowest year-round fare (ie one that doesn't have a limited sale period). In long-haul economy, sale fares are generally found in Q and O classes, and year-round fares in N class and above.

On that basis, the fares that make up this price are sale fares. You can see this if you go to ITA and price this exact itinerary. The outbound and inbound fares are both in O class. When you have the price and the breakdown, click on each of the fare rules links in turn.

But to confirm this, I'd want to check the fare ladder on ExpertFlyer, and for that you need to have a subscription.
