Citi 8/65 rule exceptions?
Does the 65 day rule applies on a rolling basis, or is it a hard 65 days from your 2nd to last application?

For example, if I applied for a card on April 7th, and then another on May 17 - Is it okay to apply for another one, or do I need to wait 65 days from May 17?
