+1 - Not sure what debates about whether some particular local law is stupid have to do with DL.

Needless to say, those violating the law will sooner or later run afoul of a liquor inspector and the SC will wind up with its license suspended for a bit as BA did in BOS for a good 30 days (although I seem to recall that was about underage).
