There are a few fans of Boeing & their 'bone rattlers' out there- yours truly included.

The 380 is great in many ways & I marvel at its wing's lift ability but, its been mentioned a few times on these boards that CX prefers frequency and cargo space- not exactly the big fattie's USP (or whalejet or inflated condom- whatever you call it). The 380 program isn't doing all that great for Airbus after all...

Glad that CX didn't order for pride as atleast 2 SEAsian airlines seem to have.

Now if it were the 747-8 that we were talking about...
