I get well over 5k from my domestic / Europe flights alone. Now admittedly I'm flying more frequently than once a week, but as an example, NCL-TLL is 220 TPs return in business. More boringly, a trip to more obscure towns in Germany can easily be 140 TPs return via Air Berlin. And then sometimes I do things like CAL-GLA-LHR-FRA which can also be 140 TPs.
