Thumbs down Booking reward flights shows incorrect total avios needed
I'm trying to book CLT to ORD for 3 adults. Typically this route is 9000 avios roundtrip because of the short distance. so it would cost 27,000 avios for 3 adults. But right now it is showing as 90,000 avios needed.

What in the world is going on? another website glitch?

These are direct flights so no additional legs are being added etc.
