Sorry. Disagree. If I'm paying exec level prices I don't want some cheapskate who is staying at a 2nd tier property for less coming over and having breakfast and evening apps for free when I'm paying for it. If that's the case, why would anyone ever stay at a full service propertywhen they know they can stay at the local FI, RI, CY, SHS and just meander over. It just boggles my mind , given so many complaints on lesser things in this forum, that anyone would think freeloading at a property one is not staying at is ok.

I have FS properties I stay at regularly and have for several years. Occasionally my budget doesn't allow me to stay @ those properties, so I go with the lesser brands or other properties even if they're not lesser brands. I accept that when I am staying at those properties that I get a stay for a reasonable cost. I also acknowledge that I won't have all the amenities. Never has it crossed my mind to freeload or put the property in the ackward position of trying to figure out what to do by asking to freeload.
