£2569.00 is the total cash outlay for all 4 seats in both directions inc the additional cost to purchase 2k avios required to take the family account balance up to the 240k required on BA plus all but 10k of the OP VS miles balance.
This is a peak week in the UK calendar (school break - schools like to fine parents who take their kids out of school time.... even if sold the educational/historical bonuses of visiting somewhere like BOS).... I'm actually amazed the availability is still there for Saturday - Saturday travel, all be it earlier BA flights LHR-BOS have insufficient availability.
