This location I can buy oodles of VGC and MGC with cc, but I was eyeing the whole refund of 3.95 fee ;-)
May I suggest you search for the master threads for those cards shown;Paypower,Univision, and Green Dot and at least read the WiKis all is not lost yet.
Also read the WKi for the RLDit cards but its a YMMV depending on type of store you go to, how the store has its regs set up and lastly each cashier. If the store isnt hard coded you still may have a fighting chance
