Second the visit to Rosemarys dined there twice and really enjoyed it.
Another off the Strip place I really enjoyed is the Wild Sage Cafe on Warm Spring Road and in my opinion is as good as Rosemarys.
I believe run by a couple who were originally chefs at Emerills.
The trumpet mushrooms and StAgar cheese in a puff pastry appetizer is alone worth the trip.

Now there is nothing in the world that could ever persuade me to ever set foot in Circus-Curcus. The whole place IMHO is the worst casino in Vegas makes the LV Hilton look like a gem.

Edited to add that at the both Rosemarys and Wild Sage you will end up paying about half the price for a better meal than even in some of the half-decent places in the casinos. The same bottle of wine is about 50%less and the most expensive item on the menu at Wild Sage is $21. These are places were the mostly locals (and foodies) enjoy great food and service away from the sometimes outrageous prices. Three weeks ago we had lunch at Wolfgang Puck's Spago (Forum Shops) one of our favorites for lunch. Bottle of wine, two soups, split the great duck pizza, two regular coffees = $120
Next night Wild Sage, better bottle of wine, two appetizers, two entrees, deserts, cappucinos = $110.00
