I had an outstanding meal at Mon Ami Gabi, the bistro in Paris. It has a nice view of the Bellagio Fountains. Depending on weather, you may sit indoor/outdoor. The only drawback is the wait. I made reservations, but there was still a complication in getting seated in a timely manner. Outstanding wine list and food though.

PS: I'll be there at the same time (1/16-18)! Staying at Caesars.
