Awfulness and bleak discomfort is what to expect. I've just done it on M&M miles, and I resent the expenditure. I'd be even more unhappy if I'd spent cash.

The seats are, as BA CE, NEK specials with the middle one free. Catering is absolutely nothing special, though leaving at 3a.m. you'll prefer sleep - in which case good luck with the couple of degrees recline
