Either in this forum or in the AA forum, someone e-mailed the airport and they said they decided to name the line the "First Class" line, but that it was for all FC and elites to use. You can probably find it in a search.
You might want to e-mail the airport and tell them to train their people properly if the line is supposed to be for all elites.
