Credit posted alongside images or text is still copyright infringement. Doesn't make it okay without explicit permission from the content creator.
Source: Am photographer who has had plenty of work stolen, deal with this nearly daily, and have made a decent amount of money from infringement suits because people think it's okay to just lift and re-post with a credit link. Nope.
