Called on 7/14/15 about Arrival+, as annual fee was due. CSR said annual fee could not be waived so I asked to downgrade to regular Arrival.

CSR mentioned a couple benefits I would be losing out on and then immediately processed the downgrade. He also mentioned that he would add 1,000 miles to my Reward account as part of the downgrade.
