I would avoid the Rialto (unless you're looking for a suite with two beds, these suites only come with 2 queens). They are pretty much identical to the standard Venetian suite, they just have a larger/expanded entryway. Not a lot of extra living space advantage over the very nice standard Venetian suite.
How many adults? It sounds like you'd be best off with a 2Br suite at the Mirage. It comes with the "Royal Service" which includes limo service to/from the airport, and a line pass for most Mirage restaurants.
