Check out the Flamingo and Imperial Palace for cheap rates as well. These are centrally located, otherwise you'll be spending the room-rate savings on taxis.
As for the 4 ppl/room rule, Vegas is like most places. If you give them a reason to enforce it then they will.
If you have 6 guys in a room, it will probably be a mess; it would be nice if you would tip the maids.</font>

We do have one friend that will be driving from LAX, so we do have some free transportation if we need to go outside of the Strip. But I'm 100% against driving drunk, so something as close to the Strip is preferred. I've been using Travelaxe, and the Westward Ho has really cheap rates. I then priced out their 3-bedroom apartment, and I got three nights for just under $480!
