First time poster here, getting increasingly desperate for some information and hoping the experienced folks here can help me out.

I've booked to go on a photography trip to New York, and the company has recommended certain BA LHR flights to/from EWR that coincide with the airport transfers and guides they've arranged. Having never been to NYC before, I'm very keen to use these recommended flights.

However BA.com won't let me book a flight from NCL to EWR. It says I can only book from NCL to JFK - even though there are clearly suitable services available, albeit with a 3 hour layover in LHR.

Third-party booking agents (or price comparison sites) will let me make the booking, but for the sake of the extra £20 it's going to cost, I was hoping to book direct with BA. The price comparison sites even include BA.com in their search results, but when I click through it tells me that I can only fly to JFK!

Does anyone have any idea why I apparently can't make this booking? It's impossible to speak to anyone on BA's phone lines, their Facebook page doesn't provide any channels of communication, and I'm not on twitter.
