Wembleygal provided additional information in the exec lounge sticky, so thought I'd post it here as it's good info for other FTers:

Marriott Opera Ambassador Paris - UPDATE

Lounge open all weekend (on the 8th Floor)
- hard liquor, wine, beer and snacks from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- wine, beer, (nuts & chips) from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- soft drinks, tea, coffee from 6am to midnight

An extra charge of 25 Euros will be charged for any non-authorized guests (and they do check). One terminal and printer in the lounge.
