My Tier Point cycle was coming to an end in May 2016. After moving up to Silver, this has been pushed back to May 2017, which is an unexpected perk. So I am wondering whether a similar push back will occur if I hit Gold.
Your membership year is always one year, so it will end in May/16.
Your status will last for the remainder of your membership year and all of the next year. At May/16 your TP's will reset, you will retain the status reached in the last year and you will start from 0 to retain/requalify for status.
