Jasper, why not eat @ The Library Bar? That is where we went for the YYZ DO and the place was great!

If you are eating dinner (not just cocktails), I recommend booking a table at the CN Tower rest. Price fixe. starts @ $65. Incl. complimentary tix. to the top:
