Until a week ago, when I experienced this myself, I would have said that no European airline did this.

A mother and child, who had positioned herself right at the "head" of the queue to disembark, was told by the purser on an Aegean Airlines flight I was on to stand aside to let the only business class passenger through first - that being me!!!
