It does not mention a 10-letter code or letter/digit sequence which I can use to trace my bags. I called the numbers given to me, and they just get me an eternally ringing phone which noone picks up.
Is there a way to reconstruct the 10-digit code for tracing from the luggage tag? My luggage tag reads 0074 KL xxxxxx (where xxxxxx are six digits, not letters).
Plugging in 74KLxxxxxx does not work. Any geniuses out there who can help?
Many thanks.

How many digits is the PIR you received? 5? Then try xxx (put your destination airport code here) + EY + number you received. Eg BOMEY12345. Check on www.worldtracer.aero/filedsp/EY.htm
