Yes that is my reasoning and best value for me. I'm never going to amass enough avios for regular TATL awards so have managed (by being very flexible) to go down this route 3 times and enjoyed every minute.

Of course with the recent changes my days are numbered since the net cost of using avios has increased dramatically hence the decision to UuA for the outbound only.
