I discussed it a bit with the FA. Apparently quality of the vegetarian choice varies by departing station. Out of Amsterdam, I'd recommend you choose the fish unless you're a vegan.
Anyone order a special meal flying out of China? I have had terrible standard meals flying out of CTU and XMN. So I decided to order an Asian Veg meal flying out of HGH and hoping I made the right choice. I hope it's not tofu!
