Last yr was the only time I transfered to MR from UR. I see it like IHG not a good deal at all. However I did the transfer in order to put me over the 2MM mark = now a LT Plat.
I will get the pts back by getting a travel pkg that will yield me the # of UR pts I transferred to MR, so I end up as if I did a UR to airline transfer but uped my total MR LT total.

Otherwise I would not have moved any UR to MR. Although in a few cases it may workout, but with tons of MR pts I hav eno need to increase it and believe UR to Hyatt or an airline will produce a much better yield on a reg basis
