Right? I've never seen anyone ask for a specific N number of a plane they'll be traveling on tomorrow. Or industry-level knowledge of DL's IT workings, ASM data, revenue strategies, fare and award composition techniques, how to manufacture spend or which credit cards accrue the most useful/transferrable points.

I swear, half the time I fly, I know the airplane better than the FA sitting in the jumpseat across from me. One time I when I told her the type of config, number of seats, number of seats in each class of service, and other intricacies of the flight and FA safety operations (since my seatmate was asking), she playfully offered to trade seats with me (I would have obliged if I could have, haha).
