IHG non-qualified stays mistakes
I am IHG gold and 3 times in 2015 I got "non-qualified stays" posted to my account. In first 2 cases a phone call to their call center (in Philippines judging by the accents) was enough to correct it. This time however no such luck, after 2 phone calls and 2 emails in the last 2 weeks, they still have not been corrected and they don't even seem to understand what I am asking about.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this wrong posting common?
How about their call center competence? I am guessing their call center agents in the Philippines don't understand English well enough...
