My question remains:

Why JetStar did not try to set up in Macau first? If they are truly low fare I am sure Hong Kong people would take the ferry to Macau to take advantage of Jetstar low fare?

Unless JetStar could not set up an airline in Macau due to Air China controlled Macau Air? or They do not think Macau offers low fare opportunities?
