Yes, a J award ticket will get her access to the DL (T5), AS (T6), or KE (TBIT) lounges at LAX, though from a practical standpoint, being an arriving/connecting passenger it's really only the first two that she'd want to visit. I'd probably grab a shower at the Sky Club in T5 and then head through the tunnel to the Board Room in T6 for some peace and quiet. The Sky Club has better snacks and drinks but can be a madhouse.
