Figure I can reset the clock - I still have the Bold open anyway.
Interestingly enough, before I mentioned that I was considering canceling, the rep did indicate that my account needed to be updated in terms of type of business I was running (self-proprietorship).
I called in today about my chase Ink Visa and the call was transferred to a Sr Specialist.
I was then being asked that there was no business name listed on my card. First, I just didn't understand what he mentioned but the manager keeps saying that there was no business listed on the account. I told back saying I have applied the card as "Sole-Proprietorship". He then keeps asking more business details. All he says to me is that Chase is changing the terms and conditions of the card who have applied as "Sole-Proprietorship".
He also mentioned that I would be asked in the future to furnish more details about the nature of the business and more paperwork scrutiny.
He also says all of these are new changes and everyone who calls chase are now being given a headsup about these changes.
Did any of you hear more about any of these changes?
