IACNAL but I imagine they considered that when many of these properties removed and then replaced the 'Sheraton' monicker. In any event, not sure there is a legal issue here as the T&C, which I'm sure were reviewed by a lawyer, are clear, no?
Was the SGS every not branded as a Sheraton or did it once belong to the Sheraton brand before becoming a Luxury Collection property?
