Moreover, the agent's response was not even correct concerning the distinction between a pre and post ticketing buy-up. The upgrade at purchase does
not accrue PQDs; the up-fare after ticketing, and before check-in does.
Some Paid Upgrades Count Towards PQD, Some Don't.
IMO the agent's response was "terrible" in every possible respect.
