Back in early April, my partner and I had 3 business class flights on Fiji Airways (HKG-NAN, NAN-AKL and AKL-CHC) and when we booked the tickets we made sure our AA accounts are updated on the reservation.
To our surprise, the miles were not credited to our AA accounts.
I wrote to AA and they insist I send them the boarding pass and receipt by MAIL, rather than scan them and email it to them.
I even asked the folks at Fiji Airways to try and help me, but they got a big NO from AA. They assured me they have reported AA that the miles need to be credited on the AA accounts.
Does that make any sense to you guys?
Is there an email I can use to try and send the scans to AA despite what they said, other than
[email protected]?
