You can eat almost anywhere in town for $75 per person (excluding alcohol) if you don't go wild.

My more moderate favorites:
Emeril's (MGM Grand)
Olives (Bellagio)
You can even do Delmonico (Venetian) for that price.

I second Kokomo's although it is quite loud due to the live band immediately outside.
