Hi,

For you poor souls stuck somewhere on a UA flight grounded because of computer system issues, I give you something to distract you for a minute or two. (Sorry if that hit too close to home.)

Anyways, booked a round trip ticket, ABQ/LHR and used miles and money to upgrade my seat to BC. My ticket reads: Fare Class: United First (R).

When I checked the UA website mileage calculator page, I can't find the R fare class. What is going on? What am I missing?

Follow-up question: UA use to have a page where you inputted the flights city of origin, city flying to, your Elite status and fare class, click "enter" and the site would show you number of PQM and number of actual miles you would earn. Can't find it any more. Has UA deleted that page?
