DL's wide body international fleet is 100% flat beds and 100% direct aisle access. It's great and has been this way for a couple years.
The international 757s are also all flat beds. IIRC there was a report recently of a domestic 757 performing the JFK-KEF (Iceland) route, which is a short flight and really isn't TATL.
