7-11, Family-Mart, Lawsons, etc in China

I notice at lot of new Lawson's and Family marts in Shanghai, was wondering in other cities this trend also happening? Tonight arrived late into KHH(Taiwan) which probally has 10,000 of the type of shops on this island. I had a late meal at 7-11 tonight, and was thinking of my experience at the 7-11 in Davis, California about a week ago and how much different it can be (although the newer Family stores in in California are nicer). 7-11 stateside, as most Americans know are not the safest place to be late night nor is the food/meal choices as nice as here in Taiwan/Japan (and some of newer ones in Shanghai.

The other cities in the Mainland I am in a lot, Xiamen and Beijing seems not as many shops as Shanghai.
