Updates are always appreciated. But it's shocking to me that something like this could be in its 3rd week (based on when the thread was started) without resolution, and that there's not more urgency. Waiting until after the weekend? An inability to redeem on one of the airlines primary partners seems like pretty core functionality.
I'll admit I'm new to the world of Avios redemptions. Is this sort of issue par for the course?
