the most important think is that your phone must support the Frequency.
Over the Years the Frequency get more and more different in the World.
So in the US 700Mhz Band are used for "Secure LTE" for Police or 800Mhz (?) Band are for Amateur Radio in the US and in Europe for 2G, 3G.
