I get a distinct 'meanwhile back in the real world' feeling when you say that. Don't mean it disrespectful at all, but since we all want 'the best' for 'as little as possible' this simply won't happen.

The entire ME / Asian hospitality industry is built on (extremely) cheap labor. We all buy clothes made in the region. The list goes on and on.

We either need to wait patiently for our 'standards' to be adopted by the rest of the world but I believe it is more likely that - as economic power shifts - we will be forced to rethink our standards. Not that I want us to, but the power of capital gain etc...
