Since they are deemed revenue tickets by AA, you'll receive the same standby or SDC benefits you would if paying cash.
Same benefits, same fees (if a fee would apply on a cash ticket), and same waiver of fees, if entitled via your current AAdvantage status.
You're just buying your ticket with a different currency, but one which AA treats as if cash.
