I'm a semi-regular guest at the RC at LA Live. On a recent stay I asked them to deliver some chocolates from the lobby gift shop (John Kelly chocolates from Santa Monica--delicious) and to charge them to my room. When we checked in there was an enormous tower of chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a hand-written note thanking us for our business and telling us to enjoy the complimentary gift from the hotel.

Yes, I like RC and especially the LA Live location!
