My point is, you can enlist the help from CapOne's Social Media Team. You dont need to have existing relationship with them. The obscure discussion I found out about how to deal with CapOne effectively, did not mention any existing relationship.
Many people have a prejudice against CapOne, but in all fairness, they are much better in customer services than Chase, Citi, BofA and Wells Fargo - of them we also have accounts with.
