Just to add CX J is excellent and traveling via HKG, there are many lounges available to take a shower freshen up. Previously I have read here that there are no so many showers in SIN and its crowded when the BA flights arrive.
I would recommend the Bridge lounge at the far end. The transfer process is easy enough.
