Stayed here on my first night in hong kong. Only have plat status. Room was a bit larger than the other hotels I have stayed at in Hong Kong (namely Conrad and JW Marriott). View was ok but facing pools so nothing to get too excited about but still was decent. I did not find the location to be very convenient. Conrad and JW Marriott both have hotel shuttles from the airport express train, but hyatt did not. A bit of a hike to get to the subway station as well. Concierge was helpful, although I had better experiences at other properties in China. I had an early flight in and even though I requested an early check-in I ended up sitting in the lobby for a few hours since there were no rooms ready. Overall I was happier at other properties than I was here. It wasn't bad, but I just felt better service at other properties and doubt I would stay here again based on somewhat inconvenient location (unless you are attending convention center of course).
