When I try to modify traveller details I do not get a field for the passport number, just nationality and frequent flier Information for the SECOND person on the ticket ONLY. Both persons have a valid PC number but I get ”The following error(s) occured Please validate the frequent flyer numbers you entered and try again. (1305)” I can only input ONE!!

I contacted the local reservations office. they changed the seats and referred me to Members Service. Members Service regretted the problems and referred me to the local reservations office! Round and Round – No thanks! It is still unresolved after nearly two months!
