Received an email from United -- the schedule has changed for my Biz award on Copa from BOS to LIM via PTY, originally booked for 10/6, so they rebooked me. (The flight from BOS to PTY on 10/6 is cancelled.) Now the first leg flies on 10/7 and the second on 10/6, resulting in an illegal and impossible connection! Something's gotta give .... can I insist that they (1) book me on different Biz flights on October 6, even though there's no award availability? Or (2) cancel and refund? (Alternatively I could buy an Econ ticket on Jetblue for $269 or Delta for $305. I paid 35K United miles plus $21.85 for my first itinerary.) I'm not sure which option I prefer but wondered what my chances are of achieving either. Or does anyone have other ideas ?? Thanks!
