Every room I've stayed in at a strip hotel/casino in Las Vegas would easily accomodate a rollaway bed. As far as having one when you already have two beds and only 2 registered guests, this may be an issue as most hotels have an extra charge for more than 2 adults in the room. I don't know how well housekeeping coordinates this with the front desk, but you run the risk of having to pay for the extra person.
