Phoned Qatar Airways Argentina (my country). They told me that they couldn't do anything to change seats since I've done the reservation with Smiles (GOL). They said that GOL should assign me the seats. I phoned GOL and they said that they could only assign seats on their company's flights.. that QR seats had to be assigned by QR. Phoned Qatar again, explaining them what GOL said, and they insisted they could not do anything to assign this, since they had no control over GOL's reservation. I phoned Smiles (GOL) again, and they repeated again what the first lady said.. GOL can't change seats on their partners, just on GOL metal/flights...
what should I do?
